  • How to Participate:During the participating period, the Clients are required to meet all the following conditions:

    ➢  Having the repeated ( not first) service agreement with the COMPANY.

    ➢  During the time of the raffle, the Client must not have any late payment.

    ➢  To increase the chance of being a winner, must be a repeat re-loaner and have paid loans on time

    2. Do not incur any overdue payment arising from all agreements with COMPANY.

    1. Entries must be submitted between September 16st and September 30th 2024 to be eligible.

  • Determining The Winner
  1. The deadline for submission of entries is September 30th, 2024
  2. The raffle draw/Determination of winner(s) will be held within 10 working days after the raffle is ended, which is on October 10, 2024.
  • Method to determine the winners:
  1. The determination of winners will be randomly selected through electronic software (https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php ) according to the Client’s information and data system that has been set up previously.
  2. After determining the winners, Cash-Express Philippines will announce winners on our official social media page and will contact the customer by calling the Client’s registered phone number to notify the winner of the time, location, and procedures to receive the prize, as well as email notification, and post mail.
  3. A customer can only win once.

 

  • Time, Place, and Procedure Of Claiming The Prize
    • Winners must present the original identity document (ID) matching the documents recorded at the COMPANY.

    • Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Cash-Express Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
    • Phone will be sent to a winner via post service, or courier  within 10 days after the winning

Other provisions

  1. All disputes related to this promotion, the Cash-Express Philippines is responsible for directly resolving, if not agreed, the dispute will be handled by current law.
  2. For prizes that do not have a recipient or the recipient refuses to receive the prize, Cash-Express Philippines will choose another winner
  3. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred about the prize shall be shouldered by the Company.

Lending relationships between the lenders and the borrowers are stipulated in the respective loan agreements executed by the respective parties. The Company facilitates the needs and complaints of each registered users. The Company may not provide any guarantee or security over any proceeds which maybe obtained using the Platform. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any decisions taken by any registered users when using the Platform. In case of breach of any above-mentioned representations or warranties, the Company shall be indemnified in any case. The Website may contain typographical errors, other errors or omissions, and you hereby agree to waive us of any legal liability regarding such as errors or omissions.

9. Compensation

After termination of the Terms & Conditions, the Company shall not be obliged to provide any access to information regarding previous activities within the Platform.

11. Communication and electronic documents

By registering as a lender or as a borrower, you agree that all communication between you and the Company in connection with the services provided through the Platform will be made with your contact detail as indicated upon your registration as a user. The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate way of communication. The Company may also communicate with you by making certain publications on the Platform. You hereby agree to accept all documents, notices and agreements sent by electronic channels through the Platform and acknowledge that such delivery shall be deemed valid and have the same legal force and effect as physical delivery. All agreements, documents, notices and agreements sent by electronic channels through the Platform are executed electronically or with digital signatures and have the same legal force and effect. Any approvals that you have provided electronically is legally binding on you as a service user.\
